Environmental/Park Reserve District "EPR"

Purpose

The purpose of this District is to provide public recreational activities and to protect areas that are environmentally sensitive.

Ancillary Building and/or Use
Radiocommunication and Broadcasting Antenna System
Recreation, Extensive

Discretionary Uses

Public Use
Public Utility
Recreation, Intensive
Sign
Solar Power Plant, Personal Use
Stripping, Filling, Excavation, and Grading
Wind Power Plant, Personal Use

Regulations

All site requirements shall be on a site-specific basis and be approved by the Development Authority.
