Finance Clerk - Finance Department

This new position is based out of the County’s Administration building located at 135 Sunrise Road in the County.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Administrative Support Level 1 Finance Clerk is responsible for providing high-quality front-line service to the public and administrative support to the Finance Department. The position includes scheduled reception duties two days per week and will provide overflow and back-up support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and making travel bookings for Council and staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy municipal environment. The Administrative Support – Finance Clerk must ensure that all applicable municipal policies and bylaws, provincial and federal legislation are adhered to.
