Purpose

The Ad hoc committee was created by the District 4 Rural Municipalities of Alberta members for the purpose to identify issues related to drainage, create a map of Alberta’s drainage ditches, identify easement information, and to gain an understanding of municipal rights for maintenance with or without easements.
