Construction on the addition to the administration building continues. Last year we did not get as far on the project as we had hoped. Then in mid November we had to seek the services of a new Project Manager due to unforeseen circumstances. This delayed the project approximately 3-4 months while the project was vetted by new contractors and updated building plans were completed. In March, the Covid-19 pandemic caused another setback on the availability of supplies. Products that were usually available in a few weeks, took a few months. However, we are happy to see that our beams have been installed and our trusses have been delivered and the mud slab has been poured in the crawl space. We are hopeful that the construction will get back on track and quickly continue to take shape.
Even though the construction timelines are delayed, work continues behind the scenes for the interior design work and finishings so that when we get to those stages, everything will be ready to go.
