PROPOSED BYLAW NO. B448/24
Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, as outlined in Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Northern Sunrise County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw No. 448/24 for an amendment to the Land Use Bylaw B275/15.
The proposed Bylaw B448/24 amends the Land Use Bylaw B275/15 with the following:
Additions to Section 1.5 Definitions
- Dwelling Unit, Teacherage
Establishment of Regulations for “Dwelling Unit, Teacherage” in Part 5
5.6A Dwelling Unit, Teacherage includes the identification of development regulations and permit requirements within the Hamlet of Little Buffalo.
Additions to Section 7.16 Hamlet Public District
Inclusion of Dwelling Unit, Teacherage as a discretionary use.

The Public Hearing is to be held on April 23, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the Northern Sunrise County office. Information regarding these amendments to the proposed bylaw may be viewed at the Northern Sunrise County office during regular work hours, Monday to Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or on the Northern Sunrise County website at www.northernsunrise.net.
