Administration and Finance
Administration includes all of the employees of the County who are responsible for implementing the policies and decisions of Council. Some of the common areas of responsibility that you find at Northern Sunrise County include taxation and assessment, public works, planning, administration and agricultural services.
Alberta is a beautiful place, so it’s no big question why legislation has long been in place to protect its valuable assets from invasive species. The Agricultural Fieldman and his department are responsible for overseeing Agricultural Provincial Acts, Municipal Bylaws and Agricultural Policies and provide residents with a range of information and services aimed at protecting and enhancing agriculture and rural living within Northern Sunrise County.
