Councillor Norm Duval, who represents Ward 4, St. Isidore, for Northern Sunrise County stepped down from his position as Deputy Reeve at the regular meeting of Council on August 11, 2020 citing personal reasons for his decision.
Following Councillor Duval’s resignation as Deputy Reeve, Councillor Corinna Williams, from Ward 5, Three Creeks/Wesley Creek was appointed by acclamation to the position of Deputy Reeve.
The Council of Northern Sunrise County would like to thank Councillor Duval for his years of service as Deputy Reeve and looks forward to his continued valuable contributions on Council representing the residents and ratepayers of the County.
Council would like to welcome Councillor Williams into the role of Deputy Reeve for the County and wish her much success.
