Any persons affected by these decisions may appeal to the Secretary, Development Appeal Board, Bag 1300, Peace River, AB T8S 1Y9

Such an appeal shall be in writing and delivered in person or by registered mail so as to reach the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board at the County Office along with a $200.00 non-refundable Appeal Free and Appeal Reasons within 14 days of the Date of Notice of Decision.
