Notice of Public Hearing for Bylaw B461/24

 

 Northern Sunrise County will hold a public hearing December 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in 

Council Chambers, Northern Sunrise County Office regarding Bylaw B461/24,

which proposes to amend the Land Use Bylaw B275/15.

 

The amendment would redistrict a 2.96-acre parcel within the Hamlet of Marie Reine from

Hamlet Public District to Rural Settlement District, allowing for potential residential use.
