Notice of Public Hearing for Bylaw B460/24

 
 Northern Sunrise County will hold a public hearing December 10, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. in  
Council Chambers at Northern Sunrise County Office regarding Bylaw B460/24, 
which proposes to amend the Land Use Bylaw B275/15.
 
The amendment would redistrict a 7.96 acre parcel within SE-23-83-21-W5M, along Sunrise Road, from Agricultural District to Direct Control District. The applicant is looking to increase the number of dwellings within this parcel and this amendment would allow 
Council to review and approve all current and future development permit applications.

   

The proposed bylaw is available for viewing at the Northern Sunrise County Office,
Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or;
