Heavy Equipment Operator

Reporting to the Road Foreman, the Heavy Equipment Operator performs various duties, including manual labour and the operation of equipment used in the maintenance of the County’s infrastructure, including but not limited to a gravel truck, snow plow, front end loader, and skid steer/bob cat.

The position requires a Valid Class 1 Alberta Driver’s License with a positive driving record as well as a strong mechanical aptitude.

Employment with the County is conditional upon receiving the following documents before your first day of work:

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
• Copy of Class 1 License and a Satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
