Purpose
The purpose of this District is to regulate Development adjacent to primary and secondary roads.

Sign
Stripping, Filling, Excavation, and Grading

Agricultural Machinery Sales and Service
Agriculture Supply Depot
Bulk Oil and Fuel Storage
Bulk Oil Sales
Bus Depot
Cardlock Facility
Commercial Service Centre
Hotel
Laundromat
Motel
Public Use
Public Utility
Radiocommunication and Broadcasting Antenna System
Recreational Vehicle Park
Restaurant
Service Station
Solar Collector
Truck Stop
Veterinary Clinic
Wind Energy Conversion System, Small (Type A)
Parcel Size
As required by the Development Authority.
Setbacks
Front
Highway or Rural Road
Minimum: 71.3m (234ft) from the road centerline or 40.8m (134ft) from property line, whichever is greater.
Rural Road
Minimum: 7.6m (25ft)
Rear
Minimum: 4.6m (15ft)
Side
Minimum: 10% of the width of the site or 6.1m (20ft), whichever is the lesser.
Landscaping
All Highway Development uses shall be screened, landscaped or buffered to the satisfaction of the Development Authority.
Recreational Vehicle Park
A Dwelling Unit, Caretaker's Residence may be allowed as a discretionary, accessory use within a Recreational Vehicle Park development.
Additional Requirements
The Development Authority may decide on such other requirements as are considered necessary having due regard to the nature of a proposed Development and the purpose of this District.
