Environmental/Park Reserve District "EPR"

Purpose

The purpose of this District is to provide public recreational activities and to protect areas that are environmentally sensitive.

Radiocommunication and Broadcasting Antenna System
Recreation, Extensive
Stripping, Filling, Excavation, and Grading

Discretionary Uses

Public Use
Public Utility
Recreation, Intensive
Sign
Solar Collector
Wind Energy Conversion System, Small (Type A)

Wind Energy Conversion System, Small (Type B)

Regulations

All site requirements shall be as approved by the Development Authority.
