Resource Rural Industrial District "RRM"
Purpose
The purpose of this District is to accommodate industrial operations in isolated, natural resources areas in the County.

Two (2) ac or such minimum size as necessary to support private on-site servicing.

Design, Character, and Appearance of Buildings
To the satisfaction of the Development Authority.
Off-Street Parking
To the satisfaction of the Development Authority.
Special Provisions - Work Camp, Industrial
- All parking must be provided on site and areas for parking shall be developed to the satisfaction of the Development Authority;
- All points of access and egress shall be located to the satisfaction of the Development Authority;
- Maximum site coverage shall be such that space is available for all the on-site parking, the applicable setback and such as required for landscape and shall be determined by the Development Authority;
4. Adjacent industrial camps shall be located a sufficient distance from each other as required for fire protection purposes by the building code; and
5. Screening and fencing of the storage areas shall be to the satisfaction of the Development Authority.
6. Any Dwelling Unit, Caretakers Residence shall be a manufactured home, temporary trailer unit or at the discretion of the Development Authority.
