Applying for a Subdivision

Subdivision is the process of dividing a single parcel of land into two or more parcels, each with its own Certificate of Title. To create multiple lots from a single parcel, the registered land or property owner (or their authorized agent) must obtain subdivision approval prior to proceeding. The Mackenzie Municipal Services Agency (MMSA) serves as the Subdivision Authority for Northern Sunrise County.
